handles.at sells digital goods exclusively. Nothing physical is ever shipped, so there are no shipping costs, carriers or tracking numbers.

HOW DELIVERY WORKS
1. Complete your order through our secure checkout.
2. Within minutes you receive an order confirmation at the email address provided.
3. Your username or account details, together with clear step-by-step transfer instructions, are sent to the same email address.

DELIVERY TIMES
- Most usernames: within minutes of checkout, in some cases, it may take up to 24–72 hours.
- Complex transfers, aged accounts and services: up to 72 hours.

AFTER DELIVERY
Follow the instructions to complete the transfer and immediately secure the account (new password, your own email, two-factor authentication). Our support stays with you until the handle is live on your account, covered by our transfer guarantee.
